Our facility was designed to help create an environment that seamlessly assists individuals overcome injury and disability as barriers to participation in activity and sport 

Strength and conditioning are important variables that help determine an individual’s physical activity level. There is irrefutable evidence to suggest that a further increase in physical activity will lead to additional improvements in health status as well as aid in the prevention of several chronic diseases (e.g. cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, hypertension, obesity, depression and osteoporosis).
